APPOINTMENT OF AGRIGRADUATE
We recommended the KPK owners to appoint at least one agri-graduate. If the KPK owner is competent enough to deal with the problems of farmers and provide them the satisfactory solution then it is very well. But if he is not able to answer their queries then should appoint an expert in this field – An agri-graduate.

The appointment of agri-graduate adds to the functionality of the KPK because he will be a person who can spontaneously sort out the minor queries of farmers – like the disease name and their control measures. He is fully aware about the new inventions in the field of agriculture, the latest government policies, their good and bad impact and how they are useful to the farmers, the channel of information’s. For example – if the farmer wanted to purchase a seed. He will also provide information about the soil, irrigation etc.

An agri-graduate can take the initiative for the problems related with the cultivation. He can discuss the problem to the scientist, professors from different institutions or to person expertise in this field.

At the end, we can say that for the smooth running of KPK and to get an edge over the others, an appointment of agri-graduates is essential. He/She will help the KPK owner to scientifically and technically dealt with the problems of the effective solutions.

NOTE: - The person should be computer literate and should be able to rectify the technical problems related with the system.

STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION
STORAGE :- KPK should have enough space for the storage of the products that has to be distributed from the KPK. For example – For the storage of the fertilizers etc.

DISTRIBUTION :- A KPK will be the distributor of different products like fertilizer, seed, insecticide, pesticide etc.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT

Every KPK owner for his record should maintain following registers.

DAILY ATTENDANCE REGISTER:
This register should be maintained to keep records of farmers/visitors. Those who visit the KPK center for training.

VILLAGE WISE REGISTER:
This register should be maintained to keep Village wise registration data for the KPK center.

REGISTRATION REGISTER:
This register should be maintained to keep Record of farmers those who registered on agroecommerce.comn

EXPENSE REGISTER:
This register should be maintained to keep records of daily expense associated with a particular KPK center. Such as maintained related expenses, training expenses.

CORROSPONDENCE REGISTER:
This register should be maintained to keep data associated with agroecommerce.com and the Information send by Agroecommerce Network Pvt Ltd. Such as –Official letters, Correspondence Paper etc.

REVENUE REGISTER:
This register should be maintained by the KPK records related to revenue from the business. It includes income through the registration, commission and distribution ship of different fertilizer etc.

TRAINING REGISTER:
This register should be maintained by the KPK owner to keep back of information rebated to the farmers training such as Agricultural related browsers, Newspaper cutting of latest agriculture magazines, posters etc.

KNOWLEDGE SHARING AND DISSEMINATION

To work in such a way that the knowledge should be shared and disseminated among the farmer very efficiently. For these things to happen the KPK owner should have the good knowledge in the following area:

AREA SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
He should have good knowledge about this area. This will include knowledge regarding:

CROPS:
He should be fully aware about the types of crops sown in his area.Their channel of selling and the problems faced by the farmers by the sowing these crops.

WEATHER:
He should be fully aware about the weather related problems of the farmers and the climatic conditions of his area.

SEEDS:
He should be fully aware about the seed rates, their quality and their availability in his area.

FERTILIZERS:
He should have full knowledge of the fertilizers available in his area, their rates and distribution network.

Similarly, he should have well knowledge about the irrigation facilities and equipments used in his area.
