Territory Management

Objective
A network in the making needs to be managed for its efficient functioning. accordingly, the system of Territory Management is got to be understood by all in the making of network and is implemented as a discipline. Success lies in its proper implementation.

Basics of this System
  • Farmers to be monitored, controlled and serviced at KPK level. Each KPK to service 5 villages.
  • 5 KPK's to be monitored and serviced through KPK coordinators(KPK-C). Each KPK-C to service 25 villages.
  • 4 KPK-C to be serviced by Territory Coordinator(TC) and thus TC will require to service 100 villages.

  • Note
  • Accordingly, while KPK is in direct touch with farmers, TC will be in direct touch with organizations whol will cater the farmers.
  • If the management further is integrated at district level, a DLC(district Level Coordinator) will be appointed by ANPL who then will be in full control of entire district.
  • While system is in the making, it is envisaged that levels such as Zones of 5 districts, regions of five Zones and then state level coordinator would also be required.

  • A. Revenue sharing from registration
Level Incharge Responsible for % Revenue Sharing
Zone  Zonal Incharge  5 Districts  1
District  District Level Coordinator  Territories of 100 villages each within a district  2
     Territory  Territory Coordinator(incharge of 100 villages)  4 KPK-C  3
     KPK-C  KPK Coordinator  5 KPKs under 1 territory.  5
KPK  KPK Controller  5 Villages  15

    B. Revenue sharing from input distribution
    Input consumption/Acre/Annum = 6 bags of urea + 3 bags of DAP + 1 bag of seed + agrochemicals = Rs. 3000
Value added commission to be distributed in the network = 5% of 100 farmers having 10 acre land each and with total buying worth Rs. 3000
      = 5% of 100 * 10 * 3000 = 1.5 lakh
Level Incharge Responsible for % Revenue Sharing
Zone  Zonal Incharge  5 Districts  6
District  District Level Coordinator  Territories of 100 villages each within a district  8
     Territory  Territory Coordinator(incharge of 100 villages)  4 KPK-C  12
     KPK-C  KPK Coordinator  5 KPKs under 1 territory.  20
KPK  KPK Controller  5 Villages  40

    C. Revenue sharing from output distribution
    Output/Acre/Annum = 16 qntls. of wheat + 10 qntls. of paddy
      = 10080 + 12000 = 22080
Value added commission to be distributed in the network = 1% of 100 farmers produce of 10 acre each
      = 1% of 100 * 10 * 22080 = 2.2 lakh
Level Incharge Responsible for % Revenue Sharing
Zone  Zonal Incharge  5 Districts  6
District  District Level Coordinator  Territories of 100 villages each within a district  8
     Territory  Territory Coordinator(incharge of 100 villages)  4 KPK-C  12
     KPK-C  KPK Coordinator  5 KPKs under 1 territory.  20
KPK  KPK Controller  5 Villages  40
