| 1. Registration - Registration charges are payable as annual subscription charges where in registered user will get separate User Id and Password. Following are seperately the annual charges for Organizations and Individuals : |

| 1.1 For Organizations to have more than one ID for different users, charges for each seperate ID is Rs. 400/-. |

| 1.2 All charges are with effect from the date of registration and the user will remain activated for a period of 1 year. After the expiry of 1 year, user needs to renew the activation by making payment of annual subscription charges. |

| 2. All Payments are made by DD/Cheque to be in favour of Agroecommerce Network Pvt Ltd payable at Gurgaon. On reciept of payment, user will get the acknowledgement with in 15 days, failing which a raminder is require to be send to ANPL. |

| 3. After recieving your registration fee, your account will get activated for a period of 1 year. |
